Customers and suppliers contact details will be kept safe, used by Ward Polymers staff in conjunction with their legitimate / lawful day to day business communications and not sold or supplied to any third parties for marketing.
Ward Polymers Ltd communicate with their current / intended customers and suppliers mainly through the registered offices, however from time to time customers / suppliers, and their personnel and our staff make contact via mobile technology.
If any current / intended customer / supplier requests that this is not relevant or appropriate for them, we document the feedback as part of our ISO 9001:2015 process and remove the contact details from our records; Unless the customer in question owes Ward Polymers Ltd money or we are in dispute with the supplier which we are legitimately enquiring after settlement / payment or supply of goods and / or services. Company records will be kept for six years plus the current business year, In accordance with UK business law.
Ward Polymers Ltd considers Legitimate Interests to be appropriate for general business to business communications. 
Our staff will be advised of the feedback and that the records have been altered accordingly with the customer / supplier wishes.
Ward Polymers staff have been informed that we are relying on this lawful basis and the customers and suppliers have a clear opportunity to object to such communications.
